1. Services
WSOD Designs provides website design, website development, WordPress services, branding, graphic design, search engine optimization, marketing support, website maintenance, and related digital services.
The specific services provided for each client may vary depending on the project scope, proposal, invoice, written agreement, or communication between WSOD Designs and the client.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Any quote, estimate, or proposal provided by WSOD Designs is based on the project details available at the time it is created.
Quotes may change if the project scope changes, additional features are requested, required materials are delayed, or new requirements are added after the original quote is provided.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be provided through an invoice, proposal, written agreement, or other communication from WSOD Designs.
Depending on the project, payment may be required upfront, in installments, or before final delivery. Work may be paused if payments are late, incomplete, or declined.
Client is responsible for paying all agreed project fees, service fees, hosting fees, domain fees, third-party software fees, plugin fees, licensing fees, and any other costs required for the completion or operation of the project unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Refunds
Because WSOD Designs provides custom digital services, payments for completed work, design time, development time, consultations, strategy, setup, and project planning are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund is at the sole discretion of WSOD Designs unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, logos, brand materials, login credentials, approvals, feedback, and any other materials needed to complete the project.
Delays in providing required information or approvals may delay the project timeline. WSOD Designs is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or missing client-provided materials.
6. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client response times, revision requests, third-party services, technical issues, or changes in scope.
WSOD Designs will make reasonable efforts to complete projects in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee specific launch dates unless agreed to in writing.
7. Revisions
Revision terms may vary depending on the project package, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
Revisions must be related to the original agreed project scope. New pages, features, design changes, functionality, copywriting, integrations, or major structural changes may be considered additional work and may require additional fees.
8. Changes in Project Scope
Any request that falls outside the original project scope may require a new quote, additional payment, or updated timeline.
Examples of out-of-scope work may include additional pages, custom functionality, advanced forms, third-party integrations, e-commerce features, content writing, SEO expansion, branding changes, or redesign requests not included in the original agreement.
9. Website Content
The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided to WSOD Designs, including text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by the client or properly licensed for use.
WSOD Designs is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or legal issues related to materials supplied by the client.
10. Third-Party Tools and Services
Some projects may require third-party services, plugins, software, hosting, domains, APIs, payment processors, email platforms, analytics tools, or other outside services.
WSOD Designs is not responsible for outages, price changes, policy changes, limitations, errors, downtime, security issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
11. Hosting, Domains, and Maintenance
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for maintaining hosting, domain names, website backups, software updates, plugin licenses, email accounts, and other ongoing website requirements.
If WSOD Designs provides website maintenance, hosting support, or ongoing service, the terms of those services will be provided separately through a proposal, invoice, agreement, or written communication.
12. Ownership and Intellectual Property
After full payment has been received, the client will generally own the final website content and final design work created specifically for the client, unless otherwise stated in writing.
WSOD Designs retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, code libraries, processes, strategies, drafts, concepts, internal systems, and materials that were not created exclusively for the client.
WSOD Designs may display completed work in portfolios, case studies, social media, marketing materials, or promotional content unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
13. Website Launch and Approval
Before a website or project is launched, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving the work. Approval may be provided by email, message, payment, written confirmation, or other communication.
Once a project is approved or launched, additional changes, fixes, updates, or revisions may be billed separately unless covered under an active maintenance plan or written agreement.
14. Search Engine Optimization
WSOD Designs may provide SEO services, setup, recommendations, or optimization support. However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, conversions, or business results.
Search engine results depend on many factors outside of our control, including competition, algorithm updates, website history, content quality, backlinks, search trends, and third-party search engine decisions.
15. Marketing and Business Results
WSOD Designs may provide marketing support, strategy, advertising assistance, website design, landing pages, SEO, email marketing support, SMS setup, or related services. We do not guarantee specific revenue, leads, sales, rankings, traffic, conversions, or business outcomes.
The success of marketing and website services depends on many factors, including client offers, pricing, reputation, follow-up, market conditions, advertising budget, competition, and customer demand.
16. Email and SMS Communications
By submitting your contact information through our website, you may receive emails, calls, or messages from WSOD Designs related to your inquiry, project, services, or account.
If you opt in to SMS/text messages, you agree to receive text messages from WSOD Designs. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

17. User Conduct

WSOD Designs’ total liability for any claim related to our website or services will not exceed the amount paid by the client to WSOD Designs for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
19. No Warranty
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless otherwise stated in writing.
WSOD Designs does not guarantee that our website, services, third-party tools, hosting, plugins, or integrations will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WSOD Designs, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our website, your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or materials you provide to us.
21. Termination of Services
